A quick & effective tip for overcoming self doubt…

Yet within your cells, psyche and soul is all the confidence and wisdom you’ll ever need. Drawing upon it DAILY + guided action are the ONLY requirements to seeing your dreams to fruition. But when there is SO much shit swirling around everywhere, this can be the hardest thing to do.

So here’s a quick & effective tip for you…

When you’re feeling like, “Not today,” like “This is hopeless,” like “I don’t know enough yet. Maybe after I learn more, live more, make more money, raise my kids…maybe one day.” Or like “I can’t do it. I tried. F this for real!” – recall a memory, a time you handled yourself well, got the results you wanted, or a time you felt the way you desire to always feel. (If you don’t know how you want to feel yet, stop reading this right now and spend some time getting clear on it!)

Stay with that memory for awhile, swim around it, savor the details – how you laughed, how you looked, how your hair fell as you titled your head to one side with a deep sense of knowing, how you felt safe, in control, emotionally balanced, or joyful, playful, resilient, accomplished, like you had just stepped into another version of yourself that emerged after you pulled back a piece of what’s been getting in the way, because you did.

Use that memory to remind yourself of how powerful you are, of how only your definition of confidence matters, of how you *can* have it all, of how worthy you are, of how just being born and living life has certified you MORE THAN ENOUGH to do whatever it is your soul is wanting you to do. Then commit to taking one action, big or small, one step in the direction you want to go. πŸ”₯β˜„πŸ‘πŸŽπŸ’šπŸŒ±
